The Rates are so terrible that even the highest cpm rate given seems to be only up to $0.10 CPM. The only excellent thing is that they have a no minimum payout and they pay on the 5th of each month.

This network has so much terrible ads in its network that adding their coding will slow down the site by alot. Using them will make you lose traffic. The only excellent thing is that they pay on time and are trust worthy in payments.
