I have received many tips and found many guides on how to do this and this page will have a collection of all of the methods all in one place.

Disable Mega Video Limits With…

I for one believe that the internet should be about mass collaboration; the freedom to stream information WITHOUT restrictions from hub to hub, server to server, person to person. Down with the man!!!

Have you ever started watching a movie and right as you’re about to see the climax you get this screen?

Download this add-on for Mozilla and disable the annoying time & video streaming limitations imposed by platforms like Mega Video, Veoh, Mega Upload, Rapid Share.

If you’re not using Mozilla, please click the link…

The widget is called Illimitux.
PS. If you haven’t figured out by now that the links are underlined… all I can say is wow… JK. anyways hope you guys like this and please support us by checking out our sponsors or bookmarking us :)

Please note that I have not tried any of these and am not responsible for anything that happens as a result of following these tips

“If you’re using mozilla it’s not hard to change your I.P. quickly so that you can continue watching and when those new 72 mins run out you can switch back to your original I.P. Go to Tools>options>advanced>network tab>settings and type in an I.P. from the following website (remember to tick ‘use this proxy for all protocols’). http://www.proxz.com/proxy_list_uk_0.html You might need to try out few to see which one works best or works at all though, but it pays off in the end. Excellent luck =]”

“If using ADSL. Simply Disconnect when the timer expires and reconnect to your ISP, then reload the page. Usually I do this in between watching videos personally. If using Cable. Unplug the power cable to your cable modem leave it a minute and then it cable back in. As I said try doing it in between an hour???s worth of mega videos. Simple as pie J, Please note this will not work if you have a static IP address from your ISP. Dynamic addresses usually come standard with most internet services (which I ???m sure you know, but for the n00bies just thought I ???d add lol)”

“For anyone who has reached the limit, simply turn off the modem and back on again, thus renewing the dynamic I.P and tricking the site into reckon it’s another computer, thus allowing the videos to be watched straight away. but, the video must be refreshed.”

“Start > Run type in: cmd in the dosbox first enter: ipconfig /release after that, enter: ipconfig /renew Works perfectly for HouseMDvideos.com, just repeat this after you’ve watched an episode.”

” The simplest way to get around the time limit is an ancient school solution. Set you clock back 2 hours when you get the 72min limit notice. After you set your computer clock back, you must refresh the page. If you were caught in the middle of a video, go the slider to roughly the point you were at when the time limit kicked in (kicked you off, whatever….). Buffering will start and, as my son says, ‘wula’ (apologies to French speakers). ”
